Japanese ginger. Max height approximately 1m. This plant is unusual from that of other gingers, as its white / yellow flowers are produced from the stems at ground level.
Care requirements: Grow in full sun or partial shade. Provide a free-draining soil and keep the soil moist during the growing season.
Hardy to -15c. The roots of this Zingiber are very hardy, but you may still wish to mulch during the winter.
