Care requirements: Grow where the plant receives a good amount of light to achieve the chartreuse leaf colour. Lilac flowers are produced during mid summer. Keep soil moist during the growing season and feed regularly. 
Tip: line the inside/bottom of pot with a fine mesh and smear petroleum jelly around the base of the pot to help deter slugs.
