Pineapple Lily. A stunning eucomis with deep burgundy, strappy leaves. Leaves will eventually turn green and flower spikes emerge to produce clusters of pink, star shaped flowers.
Care requirements: Grow in full sun preferably, to achieve the deep burgundy colour in its leaves, and in a free draining, moist soil.
Hardy, but you may wish to mulch in winter.
