Highland Lace / Dwarf Wooly tree fern. A slow growing tree fern, which can reach up to 8ft in its natural environment. The newly developing croziers are covered rich brown/red hairs.
Care requirements: grow in partial / full shade in a sheltered location. Pot on when roots have filled the pot, into a free-draining soil, which is rich in organic matter, i.e. 50:50 compost and manure. Keep the soil moist at all times. Feed regularly with a suitable tree fern feed during the growing season.
