An essential to any exotic garden. Huge, green heart-shaped leaves, eventually reaching around 2' in length, are produced from light pink, speckled stems.
Care requirements: Can be grown in full sun or partial shade, although we have found that growing them in partial shade produces larger leaves. Requires a free-draining soil, which should be kept moist during the growing season. Regularly feed with a high nitrogen feed.
Hardy to -5 and below, but you may wish to mulch during the winter
